Below is a portion of email I received from CreateSpace today. The book has been formatted. Once I get physical copy, I will review it one more time, make minor changes and send it back for approval.

will be sent to you once the proof ships from our facility.
Book Cover
Book Cover is done. It's everything I wanted. I can't wait to share it with all of you. Manuscript is being formatted. After formatting is finished, I have to go over it again and then Lights Out will be ready to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lights Out: A Cuban Memoir of Betrayal and Survival is complete. Createspace is in the process of formatting the final edited copy. I should be hearing from cover designer soon regarding the minor changes to book cover.
The Book Proposal will be very helpful in book marketing process.
Once the book is out there, I welcome reviews in Amazon and Goodreads as well as any other medium such as blogs, Facebook, twitter, etc.

Just wanted to let you know status of Lights Out. Left to do is the insertion of family photographs. As previously mentioned, the cover design is beautiful, but I'm changing some of the colors.
